Enspirit acquires Svaas Wellness

From engineering services to platform ownership and operations.

Enspirit Technology Services Private Limited has been building software for 18 years. We are a product design and engineering studio, founded in 2008, based in Hyderabad and Austin. We have designed and built production software for companies including Nike, Deem, Fabletics, Academy Sports, and Travelport. Healthcare has been one of our deepest verticals. The clinical constraints, the workflow dependencies, the compliance realities across regulated markets, we know them deeply.

This month, Enspirit acquired Svaas Wellness Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.

The Svaas portfolio includes an AI-native oncology treatment management platform and an AI-driven musculoskeletal health platform, both operating in heavily regulated markets across Latin America and India.

What changed

For most of our 18 years, we carried responsibility as far as a service engagement allowed. Design, build, test, ship, and work alongside the teams running the product in the market.

This month, we took on a different kind of responsibility. We are now operating the Svaas platforms ourselves.

We are the team that makes sure every workflow delivers what the clinician or care program participant on the other end actually needs.

On accountability

What this means in practice:

• We are the team that ensures the musculoskeletal platform surfaces insights a care team can actually act on.
• We are the team that makes it work well, on purpose, every time.

In healthcare, the distance between a product decision and its effect on a real person is short enough that someone should be accountable end to end. We decided that accountability should be ours.

This is not a different kind of work than what we have done for 18 years. It is the same work, carried one step further.

The forward bet

There is a gap in healthcare technology that deserves to be named clearly. AI research is advancing faster than most healthcare product teams can translate into shipped software. The distance between what is technically possible and what actually reaches patients, clinicians, and care programs is still very large.

That gap is where we want to work. Operating a platform with real users and real clinical constraints is the only honest way to close it. You cannot design useful AI for healthcare from the outside. You need the friction, the workflow complexity, the compliance reality. Svaas gives us that.

What stays the same

The services studio is unchanged. We continue to design and build products for clients across healthcare, enterprise, travel, sports tech, and retail. The way we think has not changed. The reach of what we can do has.
