Problem statement .
IIDM’s customers lacked awareness of its full range of products and services, limiting their ability to leverage its offerings. Additionally, the repair request process was unclear and inefficient, causing frustration and delays. The internal operations team also required an integrated platform for pricing, order, and invoice management.
Solution .
We developed a unified web and commerce platform with an intuitive customer portal, enabling seamless order management, guest checkout, and real-time data synchronization with accounting and CRM systems. For internal operations, we built a back-office portal with pricing, order, and invoice management, integrated with IIDM’s internal and partner systems.
Design System
To ensure consistency across the IIDM ecosystem, we created a component-based design system using Storybook. The system standardizes UI elements, typography, and color schemes, enabling seamless scalability across the web and commerce platform
