Challenges

Very old, basic design for web and mobile apps
Design was not up to the industry standards
Lack of customer retention and negative feedback

Observations

Designing the app for different types of users, frequent travelers, in-frequent travelers and delegates was challenging.
Designed multiple options and came up with different approaches for each of the feature in the app which were reviewed by product and engineering teams on weekly basis
Perfect Agile process oriented workflow, Kanban board in Jira, daily standups, weekly touch base with product and engineering teams

Accessibility was a big challenge. Deem is committed to complying with WCAG 2.1 guidelines for accessibility at level AA. We have gone through extensive research for providing the accessibility design for each screen in the app.
User experience research was done on the designs we have come up with for large features like Delegate Booking on mobile, flight and car search on web, e.t.c., which helped us in a way to understand what the travelers are looking for

Enterpi’s design team collaborated with the product and engineering teams of Deem to come up with a modern, innovative platform, called Etta (acronym for Easier to travel anywhere)
Enterpi provided a sleek and intuitive design for Etta iOS & Android apps and Etta web app
With an all new user experience, innovative and easy-to-use approach, Etta delivers great service enabling the TMCs and corporate managers to improve traveler productivity and engagement, improving Deem’s customer retention and getting amazing feedback from customers
