Nike Designers and US Professional Football Athletes use our application to customize their Gloves. Baseball Athletes will use our application to customize their equipment like Chest Protector and Fielding Gloves and Batting Gloves.

Challenge
Nike’s process for customizing their athletes’ on-field equipment was labor-intensive and consistently interrupted and delayed by human error.

Exporting layers from adobe illustrator file and make the design on the web look close to the production version.
Making the color and material selection instantaneous on the designer.
Making the canvas interactive and not just a designer which displays some images.

Solution
We built this tool to streamline Nike’s design process, allow the athletes to customize their equipment directly, and produce exact manufacturing specs for each order instantly. The new process saves countless hours of labor, decreases human error, and has added credibility amongst their athletes.

We built NikeBuilder Admin application to help Nike Designers to customize the equipments based on the Athlete Team Colors and Logos
We built Athlete View to help Athlete to choose from the Orders designed by Nike Designers and customize the equipment according to their choice of colors and logos on each layer.
We have created a Dashboard for the Nike Admins to track all the Orders.

We have provided an option to export the Order in a PDF format with all the layers and colors applied to the layers and Material used for the layer and Supplier details to get rid of manual errors.
Exported PDF will be sent to the Factory for the manufacture.

Admin Dashboard: We created a dashboard for Nike admins to track all orders efficiently.
PDF Export Option: We provided an option to export orders in PDF format, detailing all layers, colors applied, materials used, and supplier details. This eliminates manual errors and ensures accuracy.
Order Fulfillment: The exported PDF is sent to the factory for manufacturing.
